Your Profile

  • Good knowledge of: Personal compute; Server and IT infrastructures connected to them
  • Knowledge of MS Windows® (PC and server versions) operating systems, familiar with DBMS like Oracle® and / or MS SQL Server®
  • Understanding of data transmission techniques (i.e Modems, APN, LoRaWAN, NB IoT) and technologies for using Internet solutions
  • Experience in the field of energy sector is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and in structured manner
  • Strong teamwork skills, great creativity to solve problems and propose new solutions. Ability to highlight potential problems and solutions in advance
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and good English are mandatory, knowledge of other languages, such as German, are an advantage

 

Your Tasks

  • In the projects assigned to you, you will be the main point of contact for our customers' technical questions on issues related to VIVAVIS products
  • During project delivery phase at the customer site. It will be your responsibility to perform
  • Installation and configuration of our software/Firmware solutions
  • Train our clients through courses or training on the job
  • Assume the technical management of the project until acceptance is achieved
  • In the case of special projects, it is also necessary to coordinate detailed activities with the development centers in Germany
  • Technical support - For customers with maintenance contracts, to handle simple or complex technical support requests, and provide all the necessary telephone and written assistance. Being able to manage our hardware and software products, reconfiguring the devices and / or systems, working with analytical approach
  • You have the technical responsibility to control, reach and guarantee all the phases and the fundamental stages of the project, remaining within the project costs agreed with the customers
  • You are the contact person of our departments as an IT expert and take an active role in designing the solution
